At StratAIxDigital, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are offered under the following conditions:
- Service Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon service is not delivered within the specified timeframe due to reasons attributable to us, a refund may be issued.
- Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled before any work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be considered, depending on the circumstances.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to communications@strataixdigital.com within 14 days of project initiation or as per the terms of the service agreement.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for projects that are partially completed unless explicitly agreed upon in the service contract.
